To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Rajesh Patil. I am the organizer of Water Credit Union, a new federal credit union currently in the process of being chartered by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), the U.S. federal agency that charters and regulates federal credit unions. I have been a credit union member for 25 years and have spent the last 15 years working directly for and with credit unions, including five years as a Digital Transformation leader at First Tech Federal Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in the country. I am building Water Credit Union to serve small business owners, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and the people connected to their businesses.

As part of the information NCUA requires organizers to gather when applying for a new federal credit union charter, we are documenting expressions of interest from businesses and their owners and employees regarding Water Credit Union. This letter is an invitation for your business to indicate interest in two things: (1) allowing us to present Water Credit Union to your owners and employees once we are further along in the chartering process, and (2) your own interest in the possibility of your owners and employees becoming members once Water Credit Union receives its charter.

Water Credit Union does not yet exist as a chartered institution. No accounts can be opened, no deposits can be accepted, and no membership can be finalized until NCUA approves our charter application. We will follow up directly once we are able to formally present membership details.
